An Unforgettable Adventure at Jebel Jais Zipline!

The Jebel Jais Zipline is an absolutely incredible experience — a true bucket-list adventure! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the experience.

Flying over the stunning Hajar Mountains at such an amazing height and speed was pure adrenaline and excitement — the views are breathtaking, and the feeling of soaring through the air is like no other!

The entire setup is world-class, with smooth check-in, clear instructions, and top-notch safety measures. It’s definitely one of the most thrilling and memorable things to do in the UAE.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah — whether you’re an adventure seeker or just want to try something extraordinary, the Jebel Jais Zipline is a must-do!

Great Zipline Experience

The Jebel Jais zipline experience itself is genuinely fantastic, soaring over the mountains is thrilling and beautifully organised. The shuttle transfer team, briefing staff, and especially the launch crew are all exceptional and professional and reassuring throughout. They make you feel safe and excited from start to finish.

However, I have to be critical of the front desk experience. There’s a clear disconnect between the person handling the WhatsApp chat and the actual staff on site, the information provided often conflicts, which creates unnecessary confusion. More importantly, the front desk female staff really let down what is otherwise a world-class operation. They were unenthusiastic, curt, and not particularly polite, which unfortunately sets a poor tone at the start.

The first interaction guests have is with the front desk, and if the staff there appear miserable or disinterested, it dampens the mood before what should be an exciting adventure. Some customer service training and attitude improvement would go a long way in aligning the front-of-house experience with the excellent operational team behind the scenes.

Overall, a great activity, but the front desk team needs to match the energy and professionalism of the rest of the crew.

We had an amazing experience at the Jebel Jais Zipline on 8th August with my husband, 74-year-old mom, and our caretaker. From the warm welcome by Gesmine and help from Sousan, to the safety support from Rizwan, Edu, and Graz, the team was fantastic. A special thanks to Mr. Olivier Ramirez, who guided us through the process, encouraged us, and made my mom feel completely at ease. Flying 1,680m above the ground was unforgettable—truly safe, thrilling, and highly recommended!

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had in UAE. Very professional staff and took care of each customer with care and patience. If you are into adventures, I highly recommend RAK zip line. Each staff member is very helpful and informative. A big shout out to Oliver for looking for my car key which got mixed up with another backpack. He patiently search each back pack and finally, found it!!! Which was such a relief. It was bit of a nerve-racking to lose our car key but all along, Oliver was trying to keep us calm and not to worry. Thanks Oliver, you are amazing!

Just tried the zipline at Jebel Jais and honestly… wow! One of the coolest things I’ve ever done in the UAE. The whole place is super clean and well-organized, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Flying over the mountains with those insane views? Unreal. You feel like you’re actually flying. If you’re into adventure or just want to do something different, you have to try this. 100% worth it – I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

What a memorable experience - enjoyed every second of it. The drive up the mountain is incredible, everything worked like clockwork once at the zip line centre, clear instructions at every step of the way and you get guided through the process till you zoom past at crazy speeds across the mountains!

It's quite a drive from Dubai but it is definitely worth it.. The experience is amazing. The sights are simply breathtaking. Booking was easy, directly on the website, the road to the place was smooth. The staff super friendly, super supportive. They helped us with the gear and once we were set, it was a very exhilarating experience. The price is reasonable and the team adhere to good safety measures and make sure it is an enjoyable experience for everyone. Not ideal in the summer months, but on the mountain top, it was a bit windy.
